How do I become a participant in the Art Fair?
Artists who wish to become a part of the WSAF must submit an application.
How are artists chosen for the Art Fair?
The artists for the Wyandotte Street Art Fair are chosen through a jury process after they
have submitted an application with slides/CDs/photographs and the jury fee.
How do I become a food vendor in the Art Fair?
The participating food vendors at the Wyandotte Street Art Fair are juried from food
vendors that submit an application. Applications for 2012 and 2013 Fairs are not available at
this time.
How do I become a sponsor of the Art Fair?
Sponsors are very important to the continued success of the Wyandotte Street Art Fair. You
can view our current sponsors here. Please contact us to find out how you can become a
sponsor for the 2012 or 2013 Fair.

What are the dates and hours of the 2011 Art Fair?
The Art Fair is July 13th – 16th, opening at 10:00 am until 9:00 pm Wednesday through
Saturday. The Entertainment Area is open until 11:00 pm
Am I allowed to ride my bicycle to the Art Fair?
You can ride your bike, roller blades, or skateboard to the Art Fair but once you arrive you
will have to walk them through the Fair. You will not be able to skate or ride through the
Fair.
What is the price to attend the Art Fair?
Admission to the Wyandotte Street Art Fair is FREE!
What kinds of things will I be able to see at the Art Fair?
The Art Fair features many artists that work in almost every media, from oils to
photography to jewelry to woodworking, etc.
Who organizes the Art Fair?
The Art Fair is organized by City employees from the Recreation and Museum Departments
as well as an Art Fair Committee appointed by the Mayor.
How many old is the Fair, or how many years has the Fair been running?
The Art Fair was first organized in 1962 by the Acanthus Art Society.
Will there be anything for my kids to do at the Fair?
Yes we have a great kids’ area! Please visit our kids page for more information.
Will there be any rides at the Art Fair?
There are no rides at the Wyandotte Street Art Fair, this event showcases fine art and is not
a carnival.
Where can I get a map and guide to the Art Fair?
The Art Fair map and guide can be found at the information booth at the intersection of
Maple Street and Biddle Avenue. The Art Fair Map is also available for download here.
Where can I get a schedule of the performances?
A schedule of the live performances can be found here.
Can I bring my dog to the Art Fair?
Pets are NOT allowed at the Wyandotte Street Art Fair. Service dogs are always welcome.
